Last week I got a commission for a snake ring. For once, I got right on it and finished it today. As usual, the pictures don't do it justice but I'm very pleased with it.
The snake was based on the green tree snake. Originally, I wanted to wrap the snake around the ring several times but decided it would make the ring too thick and too heavy. So, I opted instead to wrap it around once and rest the head on the tail.
