Yesterday I was told I was very lucky. I pulled my car in front of a moving train (about 10 feet away.) I heard the whistle and saw the guy holding back traffic, but my mind was elsewhere. None of it sunk in.
I tried to avoid eye contact with the guy but he stopped by my car and bent down to look in. He's the one who told me I was very lucky.... something I already knew.
